Work Experience

We recently had a charming young man spending a week with us on school work experience.....

here is a brief comment on his week he spent with us

"During my week at Tees Archaeology I have enjoyed several things the most been drawing a Macehead this is because I didn’t realise how good an artist I was if I just took my time and thought about what I was doing. In the time I spent doing it I learned several things about drawing that I didn’t know before like the fact that drawings are put to half scale when they are put into archaeological journals so even if your drawing wasn’t great it looks better scaled down so it doesn’t seem as bad."

No need for this to be half-scaled...an excellent drawing.

Thanks to CG for all his help and glad you enjoyed your week with us....
